Analysis of factors influencing nurses' therapeutic communication on patient satisfaction in the inpatition installation of Mega Buana Palopo Hospital

This study discusses the factors that affect nurses' therapeutic communication towards patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of Mega Buana Palopo Hospital. This study uses an observational analytical method with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study is 2000 patients in the Inpatient Installation of Mega Buana Palopo Hospital. The sample in this study is part of 95 patients in the Inpatient Installation of Mega Buana Palopo Hospital. In this study, samples were taken using simpe random sampling. Data analysis uses the Chi Square Test statistical test. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of nurses' verbal therapeutic communication on patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of Mega Buana Palopo Hospital, with a p value of 0.005<0.05. There was an effect of nurses' non-verbal therapeutic communication on patients in the Inpatient Installation of Mega Buana Palopo Hospital, with a p value of 0.036<0.05
